TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The car is rented according to the LORAN Terms and Conditions , which are mentioned on the reverse side of the Lease Contract. The person renting the car is asked to read attentively the Lease Contract and to confirm by signature his acceptance agreement of the Lease Contract.

LORAN reserves the right to refuse car rental without further explanations.

Payment methods:

The Deposit is obligatory. Credit cards are accepted. The payment in cash is made at the rate of the NBM, of the day of the contract conclusion.

Included services:

Full Casco Insurance, oil, maintenance and third part liability are included. The petrol is not included. The minimal period of Rent is 1 day (24 hours).The first hour of delay is free of charge, the next are charged with 5 Euro/ per hour, the delay exceeding 3 hours is charged as a full day. Any exceeding of the Lease Terms established in the Contract must be acknowledged to the company, otherwise the car shall be declared as stolen to the competent authorities.

Rent a car with Driver Services:

Driver services are charged with 15 Euro/ per 8 working hours.

Special Equipment:

Baby seats and snow chains can be rented for 10 Euro each.

Refilling tax:

When the car is returned with empty / partially empty tanks, the missing petrol is charged with 1 Euro/ per litter.

Car delivery:

This service is free of charge within Loran locations, during the program. Delivery to/from private addresses, within the limits of Chisinau is 10 Euro. Extra program this service is possible only by preliminary agreement.

One way rental:

Accident Insurance:

Whether the Accident Insurance is accepted or not, the lessee is responsible for the whole car repairing in the following situations:

• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  
• Severe negligence or deliberate actions.
  
• Use of the car in illicit purposes.
  
• Driving by the persons under legal age, undeclared or not mentioned in the Contract.
  
• Driving outside public roads.
  
• Damages of the interior, wheels, thresholds and chassis.
  
• Severe violation of the circulation rules.
  
• Lack of proofs from the police when returning the car.
